You may return your order within 15 days after receipt. To do so you must first contact the e-shop manager via email (email@example.com) or phone +30 6986 39 29 60. All products due for return must be in pristine condition. Opened, used, scratched or otherwise damaged products cannot be returned. Make sure you properly packadge the returned products to avoid any inconvenience. In case the product does not return to us in a good condition you will not be reimbursed. Shipping costs for returned products are paid by the customer.
Please fill in your name, address and tlephine number carefully as we are not responsible for misplaced orders due to typing errors in the info form you provide.
Reimbursement can be made by replacing your order with products of the same or higher value and only if the products returned are in good condition (see above).
In case the order is lost or damaged due to other causes than the client's misuse, the reimbursement products will be shipped free of shipping costs.
